The 3905 Century Club - Order Master Degree Plaque

• The plaque is a metal laser etched plate mounted on an 8" x 10" rosewood, piano-finish board.
• The BoD has resolved that the plaque will be provided free of charge for new Masters starting October 1, 2023.
• The BoD has further resolved that after a half-price promotional period which expired October 30, 2023, existing Masters may obtain the plaque for $80, which is slightly less than the cost of the plaque plus postage.
• Each request must contain the Master's name, Master's Degree Number, Master's Degree date, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the name of the Club President in office at the time the Master's Degree was issued.
• The plaque will bear the name of that president for accuracy and authenticity.
• Orders will be accumulated and processed monthly. You will be given an approximate shipping date when you order the plaque.
